can submit their registration to the Polis using this On-Line system. If you are
not a member of SJ Alert, please obtain a copy of the "Balik Kampung
Registration Form" from your nearest participating Balai Polis or you can
print the form
here and submit it personally to the Balai Polis.

Please be advised that On-Line registration will
only be accepted up to
Wednesday,
08/09/2010 at 5.00pm. Registration after this
time
may not be recorded. You can however continue to register directly at the various
Balai Polis.

* If you are not a member and you register on-line for this Kempen, using
this format, we will automatically register you as an SJ Alert Member. (In
which case, you
are deemed to have read and accept all our Rules and Regulations, if you are
